In the matter of the Broadcasting Act 1976 and in the matter of WAITAKI INTERNATIONAL LTD. for an FM Broadcasting Station at Puketui Works, Oamaru:

The application is granted.
The only programmes broadcast shall be the relay of 4ZW’s programmes.
Unless exempted by the tribunal the warrant holder shall conform to and maintain the technical standards and rules as formulated by the corporation in consultation with the Independent Broadcasters Association including furnishing such technical returns as may from time to time be required by these technical rules and standards.
The warrant holder may not form or join in forming, or enter or become a member of, any network of broadcasting stations, or any other association or organisation of broadcasting stations formed for the purpose of making arrangements for the provision of programmes or the broadcasting of advertisements nor subscribe for nor acquire by itself or any person or company or body corporate on its behalf any such shares or interest in any such network association or organisation provided that networking with 4ZW is permitted.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Taranaki Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Committee on 23 June 1987 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Toko Tavern, Toko.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.
