PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Napier-Hastings motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 26th day of June 1986.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a service lane, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a service lane, the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for an access way, the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for parking, the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with parking, and the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of Section 21 of the Public Works Act 1981 and further declares that the land described in the above Schedules shall vest in The Waihi Borough Council on the 26th day of June 1986.
