Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in the County of Oroua

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Oroua County Council on the 26th day of June 1986.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 22B/129 subject to memoranda of mortgages 499616, 706494, 921519, 121904.1, 147166.1, and 275834.6, and statutory land charge 681291.1.

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. D1/1000, subject to memoranda of mortgages 634685.2, 634685.3 and 646372.1.

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 433, folio 118, subject to memoranda of mortgages 184860.1, 625937.2, 184860.3 and 456470.1.

(iii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 537, folio 110, subject to memoranda of mortgages 698204.5, 593502.1 and 754448.

(c) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule, hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. D1/1000, subject to memoranda of mortgages 634685.2, 634685.3 and 646372.1.

Land Declared to be Road and to be a Service Lane in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District, Waihi Borough

PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be a service lane and further declares the land described in the above Schedules to be vested in The Waihi Borough Council.
