Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement between New Zealand Forest Products Limited (as grantor) and the Crown (as grantee) dated the 16th day of September 1985, held in the office of the District Commissioner of Works at Auckland, having been entered into, a microwave protection easement, in gross, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement is hereby acquired for post office purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 26th day of June 1986.
