Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which pursuant to section 11 (1)(a) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 30.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the area marked ‘B’ on the plan, now known as Section 14, Block XIV, Ranginui Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 3A/877 together with the benefit of the right of way created by transfer 232826 and subject to memoranda of mortgages H. 145304.4, H. 145304.5, H. 287912.1 and H. 145304.6, South Auckland Land Registry.
