Declaring Land to be Acquired for Road in Eyre County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Eyre County Council on the 19th day of June 1986.
