and substituting the following:

Land Declared to be Road, Stopped and Land Taken in the Wallace County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Wallace County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and shall vest in George Stanley Beresford Yorke of Port Underwood, farmer and Doreen Cecilia Yorke, his wife, subject to section 8, Mining Act 1971 and section 5, Coal Mines Act 1975.

Land Declared to be Road, Stopped and Land Taken in the Wallace County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Wallace County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas marked ‘A’, ‘C’ and ‘E’ on the plan shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. 839 recorded in certificate of title No. 7A/642 held from Her Majesty the Queen by Leslie Edward Kollat of Tuatapere, farmer.

(ii) The areas marked ‘B’ and ‘D’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 71, folio 20.

(iii) The areas marked ‘L’ and ‘P’ on the plan shall be incorporated in renewable lease No. 378 recorded in certificate of title, Volume 150, folio 155 held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Bruce Devery of Pukemaori, farmer.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981.
