Declaring Railway Land at Paeroa Now Set Apart for Maori Housing Purposes

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Maori housing purposes.

Revocation of Consent to the Distribution of a Medicine

PURSUANT to section 35 (1) (b) of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby revokes consent to the distribution of “Crescormon” human growth hormone in New Zealand.

The Christchurch Teachers College Council Notice 1984, Amendment No. 1

PURSUANT to section 67b of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. This notice shall be cited as the Christchurch Teachers College Council Notice 1984, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together and deemed part of the Christchurch Teachers College Council Notice 1984* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

  2. This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  3. Clause 2, subclause 1 (c) of the principal notice is amended by deleting the words “One member” and substituting the words “Two members”.

  4. Clause 2, subclause 1 (j) of the principal notice is amended by deleting the words “One member” and substituting the words “Two members each”.

  5. Clause 2, subclause 1 (k) of the principal notice is amended by deleting the words “One member” and substituting the words “Two members each”.

  6. Clause 2, subclause 1 (l) of the principal notice is amended by deleting the number “2” and substituting the number “3”.

Replacement Schools for Wanaka Area School

PURSUANT to section 154 (1) of the Education Act 1964, notice is given that Wanaka Primary School and Mount Aspiring College have been designated as replacement schools for Wanaka Area School.

This notice shall come into effect on the date it is published in the New Zealand Gazette.

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973* the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 4) 1986.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 16th day of May 1986.

  1. Goods of the classes specified in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
