Pursuant to section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 28 February 1986, declared the under-mentioned specifications to be standard specifications.

Notice to Set Apart and Define a Quarantine Ground at HOPU
(No. 3783; Ag. 6/4/3/0/1)
Pursuant to subsection 1 of section 11 of the Animals Act 1967, the Director, Animal Health Division of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives notice that the under-mentioned land and premises of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries described in the Schedule hereto is declared to be a quarantine ground for the detention of imported animals.
The description of the special quarantine ground at Hopu Hopu as set out in Gazette Notice No. 3616 dated the 31st day of October 1985* is consequentially revoked.

CNG Fuel System Approvals
Pursuant to regulation 90B of the Traffic Regulations 1976* (as inserted by the Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 7) and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport, I, Robert Norman Abram, Chief Automotive Engineer, hereby approve the components listed in the Schedule hereto for inclusion in any CNG fuel system installed and operated in accordance with the requirements of New Zealand Standard NZS 5422. Part 2, 1980 (and any standard substituted in amendment thereto or in substitution therefor).

The Road Classification (Horowhenua County) Notice No. 1, 1986
Pursuant to regulation 3(8) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Horowhenua County) Notice No. 1, 1986.

The Horowhenua County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule is approved.

The Road Classification (Horowhenua County) Notice No. 2, 1982, dated the 9th day of August 1982*, issued pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, which relates to the roads described in the Schedule, is revoked.
SCHEDULE
HOROWHENUA COUNTY
Roads Classified in Class Two
- Gladstone Road: from half bridges to end of road.
- Heights Road: from a point approximately 1.5 kilometres from No. 57 State Highway (Levin to Palmerston North via Shannon) (Laws Gate) to the end of the said road.
- Mangaore Road: from a point approximately 0.75 kilometres from the power house (Everleigh’s Quarry) to the end of the said road.
- Mangaore Road.
- Otaki Gorge Road: from the northern approach to the blue bluff to the end of the said road.
- Waiohine Road.
- Waimanu Road.
Roads Classified in Class One
All roads and parts of roads under the control of the Horowhenua County Council not otherwise named in this Schedule.
