Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of the following 2 schools:
St John’s College, Hamilton.
St Mark’s Catholic School, Pakuranga.
The said supplementary integration agreements came into effect on 5 December 1985 and 19 March 1986 respectively. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.

Pursuant to section 25 (2) of the Urban Transport Act 1980 the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice the Auckland Regional Authority’s operational plan “Amended Five Year Operational Plan for Auckland Urban Transport Area” has been approved in accordance with the provisions of the Act.

The Water Recreation (Clive River) Notice 1986, Hawke’s Bay County Council
- Beryl Ann Ranger, Senior Executive Officer (Harbours and Foreshores) of the Ministry of Transport, pursuant to regulation 20(1) of the Water Recreation Regulations 1979, that power being delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968. Hereby give the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Water Recreation (Clive River) Notice 1986.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette and it shall remain in force until revoked by further notice in the Gazette.

Regulations 7 (1) (a), 7 (1) (b), 7 (2), 8 (1) (a), 8 (1) (b) and 8 (2) of the Water Recreation Regulations 1979, for the term of this notice excepting thereout each Sunday between the hours of sunrise and 12 noon and each Monday and Wednesday between the hours 5 p.m. and 12 midnight subject to the following conditions:
(1) Notwithstanding any other provisions of this notice, no person who is permitted by any such provisions to propel or navigate a small craft at a speed through the water exceeding 5 knots shall do so in any manner that is likely to endanger or unduly annoy any person who is in, on or using the water, or fishing or undertaking any recreational activity in the vicinity of the small craft.
(2) All persons in charge of a vessel or when water skiing shall adhere to and keep the provisions of all other Acts and regulations not specifically exempted by this notice.

Suitable notices as may be approved by the Regional Secretary, Ministry of Transport, Wellington, shall be erected at sites as are deemed necessary by the Regional Secretary.
The Water Recreation (Clive River) Notice 1982* Hawke’s Bay County Council is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
ALL the area of water of the Clive River extending from its source to the Clive Bridge.
