Land Acquired for the Generation of Electricity and for Granting
as Part Compensation in the Vincent County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall
vest in the Crown on the 1st day of May 1986 and pursuant to
sections 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of
Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired on the 1st day of May 1986 for the purpose
of granting it in part satisfaction of the compensation payable for
land acquired for a public work.
