Waiarapa South County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Waiararapa South County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated with certificate of title No. 26D/819, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 501095.4 and 542073.4, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares those areas when stopped shall be incorporated with certificate of title, Volume 443, folio 269, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 359540, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be incorporated in certificate of title No. 26D/819, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 501095.4 and 542073.4, Wellington Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 443, folio 269, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 359540, Wellington Land Registry.

Wharepapa Survey District, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby—

(a) Declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Otorohanga District Council; and

(b) Declares that road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the stopped road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
