Land Acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway and Land Held for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway to be Crown Land in the Borough of Green Island

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 1st day of May 1986; and pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981 declares the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
