PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a technical institute and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of August 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 August 1984, No. 148 at page 3378, declaring land to be Crown land in the City of Wellington by omitting the following from the Second Schedule:

“All that piece of land containing 1576 square metres, situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, being part Section 104, Town of Wellington. All document No. 665756, Wellington Land Registry.”

and substituting the following:

“All those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, described as follows:

Leasehold Estate in Land and a Right of Way Easement to be Acquired for Post Office Purposes (Microwave Site) in Block X, Tarras Survey District, Vincent County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto held by Michael William Young of Tarras, farmer under and by virtue of Pastoral Lease No. 55, recorded in certificate of title, Volume 338, folio 75 is hereby acquired for Post Office purposes (microwave site) and that a right of way easement (to be held appurtenant to that land) over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for Post Office purposes (microwave site) vesting in the Crown, its employees, agents, and licensees the rights relating to right of way easements set out in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952.
