Land Held for Police Purposes (Residence) Set Apart for Purposes Incidental to Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in the Borough of Huntly.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for purposes incidental to coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development -

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be declared road and shall vest in The Marlborough County Council.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1), and declares that area shall be incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 44, folio 133, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 104057.2, 104057.4, 112601.1 and 124019.3 Marlborough Land Registry.
