PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 of declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Marlborough County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be vested in James Francis Duncan of Waikanae, university professor and Margaret Duncan, his wife (75/100 share jointly) and Julie Elizabeth Harper, of Waikanae, farmer (25/100 share) as tenants in common in the said shares subject to Electricity Agreement No. 79608.
