A Water Supply Easement Acquired Over Land for Hospital Purposes in Block VI. Puniu Survey District, Waipa County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the water supply easement described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for hospital purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and further declares that the said easement shall vest in The Waikato Hospital Board on the 23rd day of April 1986.

THE rights and powers implied in and attaching to a right to convey water as set out in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, under the heading “Right to Convey Water” as if the same were fully set out herein.

Revoking a Notice Declaring Crown Land Set Apart for a Playcentre and Declaring Crown Land Set Apart for a Playcentre in Block XIII, Waiau Survey District, Wallace County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 September 1985, No. 168, page 3933, declaring Crown land set apart for a playcentre in Block XIII, Waiau Survey District, Wallace County, and pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a playcentre.
