Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 6, 1986.

The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

The Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 3, 1986, dated the 21st day of January 1986*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.

Notice is hereby given of Decision No. 157 of the Commerce Commission dated 26 March 1986. By this decision the Commission determined to consent to a collective pricing application made by the United Chemists' Society Ltd. whereby members of the society collectively purchase products and then discount these items to the public at uniform prices.

Notice Declaring African Feather Grass (Pennisetum macrourum) a Class B Noxious Plant (No. 3762: Ag. 12/10/18/6)

1. Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares African feathergrass (Pennisetum macrourum) to be a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Waikeke Island District Noxious Plants Authority.

2. This notice shall come into effect on the day after the date of notification in the Gazette.
