Petroleum products in bulk and/or packages in tank wagons for and on behalf of Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited throughout the No. 8 and 9 Transport Districts and

Minor petroleum products (not being diesel, gas-oil and benzine) from the No. 9 Transport District to the No. 8 Transport District provided that—
(a) The tonnage of any minor product (not being diesel, gas-oil or benzine) delivered within the normal distribution area of any of the Company’s bulk petroleum depots shall be limited to 1000 tonnes in the aggregate by all licensees for their cartage in any 12 months.
(b) The Company shall keep a record of all minor products (not being diesel, gas-oil or benzine) delivered under the authority of this licence and such records shall be made available to a representative of New Zealand Railways Corporation upon reasonable notice.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Amendment Available for Comment
PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft amendment is being circulated.
Number and Title of Specification
DZ 5439/A1 Draft Amendment No. 1 to NZS 5439:1985 Lightweight protective helmets for pedal cyclists. $10.00
This draft amendment will be available for comment for 1 month only.
Technical adjustments are being made to NZS 5439 to facilitate testing. The requirements being amended are for the retention system, ventilation openings, day-time and night-time conspicuity, accessories (mirrors and peaks) test-sites, peripheral vision clearance, the helmet marking and the test for resistance to slip in the retention system. New tests are introduced for the flexibility of peaks and for the effectiveness of the retention system.
A new edition of NZS 5439 will be published to incorporate all the agreed changes. Publication is anticipated July/August.
Those interested in commenting are asked to order copies of DZ 5439/A1 as soon as possible to avoid delays.
All persons who may be affected by this publication and who desire to comment thereon may obtain copies from the Standards Association of New Zealand, Wellington Trade Centre, 181-187 Victoria Street (formerly known as 15-23 Sturdee Street) (or Private Bag), Wellington.
The closing date for receipt of comment is 9 May 1986.
