- Apportionment of Assets and Liabilities.โThere shall be no apportionment of assets and liabilities including loan liabilities pursuant to Clause 2 of this Order.
SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY, all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Tauranga County containing 24.7250 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point being the intersection between the southern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 3669 and the western side of Number 1 Road situated in Block II, Maketu Survey District and proceeding southerly along that western side of Number 1 Road to its intersection with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. S. 14559; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3 to its intersection with the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. S. 14559; thence generally southerly along that eastern boundary and north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 14559 to its intersection with the Te Puke Borough Boundary, as described in New Zealand Gazette 1968, page 1257; thence north-easterly and south-easterly along that Te Puke Borough Boundary to the point of commencement.

At Wellington this 24th day of March 1986
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 23 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Alexandra Pest Destruction District Redefinition of Boundaries Order 1986.

This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

The boundaries of the Alexandra Pest Destruction District which was constituted by Order in Council on the 26th day of March 1973 and redefined and as Order in Council on the 1st day of December 1975 and the 19th day of March 1984 are hereby altered and redefined and as and from the day on which this order shall come into force, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALEXANDRA PEST DESTRUCTION DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Vincent County containing 105 000 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle of the Clutha River with the production of the northern boundary of part Run 238D, Block I, Cromwell Survey District and proceeding generally easterly to and along the northern boundary of that run and part Run 221D and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the north-western boundary of Section 5, Block V, Leaning Rock Survey District; thence generally south-easterly along that boundary and the south-western boundary of Run 2211, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the eastern side of Waikerikeri Valley Road; thence southerly along that roadside and generally north-easterly along the northern sides of Springvale Road and State Highway No. 85 to a point in line with the north-eastern side of Keddell Road; thence south-easterly to and along that roadside and its production to the middle of the Manukerikia River; thence north-easterly up the middle of that river to the south-eastern side of Ida Valley-Omakau Road; thence generally south-easterly along that roadside to the north-western side of Poolburn-Moa Creek Road; thence south-westerly along that roadside and the south-eastern boundary of Section 11, Block XV, Tiger Hill Survey District to the south-eastern corner of that Section 11; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of that Section 11 to the north-eastern corner of Section 8, Block XIV, Tiger Hill Survey District;
thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of that section, and its production to the north-eastern boundary of Section 7, Block XIV, Tiger Hill Survey District; thence south-easterly and south-westerly along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of that Section 7 to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 6, Block XIII, Tiger Hill Survey District; thence south-westerly generally to and along that boundary and the north-western boundary of Section 4, Block XIII, Tiger Hill Survey District to the south-western corner of that section; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Section 8, Block XIII aforesaid to the southernmost corner of that section; thence generally south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Run 587 to the eastern corner of part Run 565; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern, southern and south-western boundaries of part Run 565, Run 566, Run 567 and part Run 569 to the south-western corner of part Run 569; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of that part run and Run 569A, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the south-eastern corner of part Run 570; thence generally north-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of that part run and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the western shore of Lake Roxburgh; thence generally south-westerly along that shore to the generally northern boundary of part Run 500, Block III, Cairnhill Survey District; thence generally westerly along the generally northern boundary of that run to its westernmost corner; thence generally north-westerly along the generally north-eastern boundaries of Run 758 and the generally south-western boundaries of Runs 425B and part 249A to the westernmost corner of the said part Run 249A; thence generally north-easterly along the north-western boundary of that part Run 249A and generally north-easterly, north-westerly, and again north-easterly along the north-western, south-western, and north-western boundaries of part Run 249 to the westernmost corner of that part Section 4, Block XVI, Leaning Rock Survey District; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of that section and Section 1630R to the northernmost corner of part Section 4, aforesaid; thence due east to the middle of the Clutha River; thence generally north-westerly up the middle of that river to the point of commencement.

HAWKDUN PEST DESTRUCTION DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Maniototo, Vincent and Waitaki Counties, containing 225 000 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at Trig. I (Mount Ida) on the eastern boundary of Idaburn Survey District and proceeding generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Run 793 and Section 3, Block II, Idaburn Survey District to the north-eastern side of State Highway No. 85; thence westerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Section 22, Block III, Idaburn Survey District; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of that
