Special Condition

  1. With the exception of freehold waters, it shall be an offence to hunt or kill game from unmoored boats during the opening weekend only, being Saturday, 3 May 1986, and Sunday, 4 May 1986.

S. 215 of Allotment 3, River Bank Reserve to Hinemoa Street, Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, D.P. 18662, Allotment 10 and Allotment 407, accretions, Waimana Parish, Block 1, Whakatane Survey District, Plans S.O. 43796 and 44673; thence in a direct line across the river diversion cut to part Allotment 30 2 1 and thence down the stopbank which surrounds the impoundment on that land acquired and controlled by the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council to the commencement point, being part of Lot 2, Whakatane District Council.

  2. Maimais erected in the Tauranga Harbour and Little Waihi Estuary must be dismantled and removed at the close of the season.
