- The Water Recreation (The Elbow-Tuakau, Waikato River) Notice 1980* is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY all that area of water in the Waikato River between a line across the river in an east direction projected from the north-east corner of Lot 1, as depicted on D.P. 45711, and a line across the river from the old building known as the Whitebait Factory, to a point on the opposite shore known as Te Pahikaraurua.
Secondly all that area of the Waikato River between a line drawn on a 002° true direction from the eastern corner of Smeeds Road landing, to a point of land on the opposite shore known as “Little Rock”, and a line across the river in an east direction projected from the north-east corner of Lot 1, as depicted on D.P. 45711 (being 280 metres down stream of Elbow Road).
Thirdly, all that area of water in the Waikato River between a line across the river in an east direction projected from the north-east corner of Lot 1, as depicted on D.P. 45711, and a southerly line across the Waikato River in tangent with the north-eastern Extremity of Motutieke Island.
The areas described firstly and secondly in the Schedule are further shown on plan M.D. 16002. The areas described thirdly in the Schedule are shown on plan M.D. 16387 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

Transport Licensing Authority Sitting
PURSUANT to sections 121 and 136 of the Transport Act 1962 as amended by the Transport Amendment Act No. 2, 1983, the No. 6 Transport District Licensing Authority (W. O’Brien), gives notice of the receipt of the following applications and will hold a public sitting to receive evidence or representations, whether written or not, for or against the granting of them in the Conference Room, Ministry of Transport, corner Devon and Eliot Streets, New Plymouth commencing Friday, the 11th day of April 1986 at 9.30 a.m. Applicants must be present or represented. Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of the following schools:
Sacred Heart College, Wanganui.
Marcellin College, Auckland.
The said supplementary integration agreements came into effect on 27 January and 11 February 1986. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.
