Adding the right to carry parcels over the extended route between Cromwell and Wanaka with exemption from the provisions of section 109 of the Transport Act 1962.

Deleting the existing special conditions 1, 2 and 3 which read as follows:

(a) On all Monday to Friday services inclusive the licensee shall not set down or pick up passengers and/or freight between Cromwell and Raes Junction inclusive.
(b) On the outward journey departing Cromwell Monday to Friday at 9.45 a.m. there shall be no right to pick up passengers and/or freight between the “Flax Mill” intersection, two miles north of Tapanui and Glenkinrich Railway siding (both points inclusive).
(c) On the inward journey departing Gore Monday to Friday at 12.30 p.m. there shall be no right to set down passengers and/or freight between Glenkinrich Railway siding and the “Flax Mill” intersection two miles north of Tapanui (both points inclusive). -
On the outward services from Cromwell the licensee shall not pick up passengers and/or freight in Gore or at any point between Gore and Invercargill except on the 7.40 p.m. Raes Junction-Invercargill, Sunday Service.

On the inward services from Invercargill the licensee shall not set down passengers and/or freight in Gore or at any point between Invercargill and Gore except on the 5 p.m. Invercargill-Raes Junction, Sunday Service.

Deleting from special condition No. 4 (a) the following words “No consignment of goods (excluding mails) in excess of 112 lbs shall be carried on any one day from any one consignor to any one consignee, except in the case of sacks of oysters (in shell).”

Deleting from special condition No.4 (c) the following words “but in no case shall the maximum weight of the chargeable freight exceed 500 lbs, exclusive of the ten sacks of oysters (in shell).”

- Deleting from special condition No. 2 (c) the following words “but in no case shall the maximum weight of chargeable freight exceed 500 kgs.”
