This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 1, 1986.

The Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 2, 1973, dated the 18th day of April 1973*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 is revoked.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Waikato County at Gordonton:

Garfield Street: from Woodlands Road to Gordonton Road.

Woodlands Road: from Gordonton Road to a point 720 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said road from Gordonton Road.

Gordonton Road: from a point 240 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said road from Woodlands Road to a point 70 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said Road from Piako Road.

Transport Licensing Inquiry

Foster) is to hold an inquiry pursuant to section 140 (1) (b) of the Transport Act 1962 to ascertain whether you have failed to comply with any term or condition of Continuous Taxicab Service Licence 8842 and in particular whether you have complied with the conditions imposed by section 133 (4) and/or section 133 (5) of the said Act.
