Land Acquired for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Waitara

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, together with the rights to drain sewage created by transferors 291217 and 294607 for Maori housing purposes, and vested in the Crown on the 6th day of March 1986.
