Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block X, Mangahao Survey District, Pahiatua County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Pahiatua County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated with certificate of title, Volume 89, folio 55 subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 236188.7 and 795004, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated with certificate of title, Volume 138, folio 289 subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 236188.7 and 795004, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated with certificate of title Volume 89, folio 234 subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 306565.3 and 306565.4, Wellington Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 73, folio 122 subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 660841.3 Wellington Land Registry.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated in certificate of title Volume 600, folio 214 subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 236188.7 and 795004, Wellington Land Registry.

(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Seventh Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated in certificate of title Volume 80, folio 42 subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 615734.1 and Statutory Land Charge No. 116002.1, Wellington Land Registry.

(h) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the Eighth Schedule hereto to be taken and to be incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 138, folio 289 subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 236188.7 and 795004, Wellington Land Registry.

(j) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the Tenth Schedule hereto to be taken and incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 73, folio 122 subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 660841.3, Wellington Land Registry.

(k) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the Eleventh Schedule hereto to be taken and incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 600, folio 214 subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 236188.7 and 795004, Wellington Land Registry.

(l) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the Twelfth Schedule hereto to be taken and incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 80, folio 42 subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 615734.1 and Statutory Land Charge No. 116002.1, Wellington Land Registry.
