The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1986
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1986.
The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 2, 1985, signed the 26th day of September 1985*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.

SITUATED within Bay of Islands County at Kawakawa:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 160 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said highway from Station Road to a point 71 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said highway from Neumann Street.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Horowhenua County) Notice No. 1, 1986.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas, pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Horowhenua County) Notice No. 2, 1985, signed the 29th day of November 1985*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.

Law Practitioners Act 1982
PURSUANT to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal on the 19th day of November 1985 ordered that the name of Anthony Spencer Maud of Tauranga, barrister and solicitor, be struck off the Roll of Barristers and the Roll of Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand, and further ordered that the said Anthony Spencer Maud pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) in respect of costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry before the Tribunal, and further ordered that the said Anthony Spencer Maud pay the Auckland District Law Society the sum of four thousand and nine hundred dollars ($4,900) towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by its District Council.

Transport Licensing Authority Sittings
PURSUANT to sections 135 and 136 of the Transport Act 1962, as amended by the Transport Amendment Act (No. 2) 1983, the No. 10 District Transport Licensing Authority (F. H. K. Moore), gives notice of the receipt of the following applications and will hold a public sitting at the Queenstown Borough Council, Queenstown on Tuesday, the 18th day of March 1986, commencing at 11 a.m. to hear evidence for or against granting them.
