Cancellation of the Vesting in the Kurow Pest Destruction Board
and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Kurow Pest Destruction Board and revokes the reservation as a reserve for rabbit board buildings, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares the land to be Crown Land under the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site for a lighthouse over that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Amendment to a Notice of Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby amends an error in the notice of Classification of Reserve published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 October 1986. No. 159, page 4273, by omitting from the said notice the word “purposes” in the body of the notice and inserting in its place “purpose”.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block V. Glenomaru Survey District, Clutha County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Clutha County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
