Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the historic reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Gabriel Read Memorial Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (service lane) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Pukekohe Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Mount Cargill Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977 subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Mount Cargill Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Dunedin City Council.
