PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Tilburn Street Recreation Reserve.

PURSUANT to section 34 (4) of the Vocational Training Council Act 1982, and on the recommendation of the Vocational Training Council, the Minister of Employment hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Pulp and Paper Industry Training Board Notice 1986.

2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3. The Pulp and Paper Industry Training Board established by the Pulp and Paper Industry Training Board Notice 1980* is hereby disestablished.

4. The Pulp and Paper Industry Training Board Notice 1980* is hereby revoked.

Approval of Decision of the New Zealand Ports Authority

PURSUANT to section 12 (12) of the New Zealand Ports Authority Act 1968, I, Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that I have approved the adoption, as part of the national ports plan, of the principle that a ship to shore gantry crane should be established on Bledisloe West Wharf, Auckland.

The approved proposal to change the national ports plan in the above respect is available for public inspection during ordinary working hours at the offices of the New Zealand Ports Authority in Wellington.
