Revoking a Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Crown Land in
the Town of Collingwood

THE Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, revokes
the notice declaring stopped road to be Crown land dated
the 3rd day of July 1986 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 10 July 1986, No. 106 at page 2904.

(b) Pursuant to section 117 (3) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981,
declares that the stopped road described in the Schedule
hereto shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land
Act 1948.
