Land Acquired for Road and in Connection with a Road in Block VI, Matakaoa Survey District, Waipiro County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and pursuant to section 11 (1)(a) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 35, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a road, and further declares that the land described in the First and Second Schedules shall vest in the Crown on the 11th day of December 1986.

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Block XT, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State Highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 11th day of December 1986.

Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in the County of Waiotapu

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Waiotapu County Council on the 11th day of December 1986.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20D/618, subject to memoranda of mortgages 335658.3 and 335658.4 and statutory land charge 723372.1.

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 446, folio 16, subject to memoranda of mortgages 335658.3 and 335658.4 and statutory land charge 723372.1.
