PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XIII, Hohonu and Blocks I and II, Turiwhate Survey Districts, Grey County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Grey County Council pursuant to the said Section 323 and on the publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Land Acquired, Subject to and Together With the Benefit of Certain Rights and Restrictions as to Parts, for Police Purposes (Residences) in the City of Tauranga

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject:

(i) as to the land firstly described to the fencing covenant contained in transfer S. 640702, South Auckland Land Registry, and

(ii) as to the land secondly described, together with the benefit of the right of way created by transfers H. 053312.1 and H. 074381.1, South Auckland Land Registry,

for police purposes (residences) and shall vest in the Crown on the 20th day of November 1986.
