Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 1) in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 20th day of November 1986.

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road (State Highway No 3) in Block VI, Hamilton Survey District, Waipa County

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 20th day of November 1986.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 20th day of November 1986 and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 2.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in the Wallace County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Wallace County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked “C”, “G” and “I” on S.O. Plan 9905 shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. 544 recorded in certificate of title No. 6B/329 held from Her Majesty the Queen by William Allan Speight and David Napier Speight, both of Te Anau, farmers and Charles Edward Lloyd of Dunedin, solicitor, jointly inter se.

(ii) The area marked “D” on S.O. Plan 9905 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5C/1060.
