Classification of Reserve, 20 Waimana Road, Takanini, City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 2A of the Reserves Amendment Act 1983, the Manukau City Council hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as local purpose reserve (site for a playcentre).

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (service land) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Papakura City Council at current market value, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
