Land Acquired for a Secondary School in the District of Hawera

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for secondary school and vested in the Crown on the 13th day of November 1986.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a Wildlife Refuge in Block III, Awaateatua Survey District, Whakatane District

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated 3 July 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 July 1986, No. 106 at page 2905 and deposited in the South Auckland Land Registry at Hamilton as H. 669559, by deleting from the heading and line 4, the words “wildlife refuge” and substituting “wildlife management reserve”.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks VIII and IX, Takitimu Survey District, Wallace County
