Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Mount Cargill Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Mount Cargill Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Dunedin City Council.

Amendment to a Notice for Reservation of Land

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby amends an error in the notice reserving the land described in the Schedule hereto dated 27 May 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 June 1985, No. 105, page 2459 by omitting the Schedule from the said notice and inserting in its place the following Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby amends an error in the notice classifying the reserve described in the Schedule hereto and declaring that the said reserve be part of the Hukerenui Recreation Reserve dated 13 November 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 January 1986, No. 7, page 218 by omitting the Schedule from the said notice and inserting in its place the following Schedule.
