Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Declaring Road to be Stopped and Land Taken in the Wallace County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of June 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 June 1986, No. 93 at page 2563, declaring land to be road, declaring road to be stopped and land taken in the Wallace County, by omitting all reference to the area of land described secondly in the First Schedule and marked ‘G’ and the area of road described fifthly in the Second Schedule and marked ‘E’.
