Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 136, declares the service lane described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(f) Declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that area shall be incorporated with the land in certificate of title Volume 407, folio 72, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 620093.3, Wellington Land Registry.
