Land Acquired for Road. Road Stopped in the County of Waiotara

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Waiotara County Council on the 13th day of November 1986.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 27B/475, subject to memorandum of mortgage 728734.3.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

Land Acquired for Road

All those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Nukumaru Survey District, described as follows:

Road Stopped and Amalgamated

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 34022, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 24C/826.

Land and Easement Over Land Acquired for Post Office Purposes (Microwave Station) in Hurunui County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement between Ross Ian Robert Little, Judith Ann Little, John Archie Robertson Little and Jean Hazel Little as registered proprietors, and the Crown dated the 29th day of October 1984 and held in the office of the District Commissioner of Works at Christchurch, having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for post office purposes (microwave station), and a right of way easement, to be held forever appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule, vesting in the Crown the land and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement, is hereby acquired for post office purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and that such land and easement shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of November 1986.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

Land for Microwave Station

All that piece of land containing 4975 square metres, situated in Block IV, Teviotdale Survey District, being part Lot 4, D.P. 4437; as shown marked “A”, on S.O. Plan 16711, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

SECOND SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

Land Over Which Right of Way Acquired

All that piece of land containing 4503 square metres, situated in Block IV, Teviotdale Survey District, being part Lot 4, D.P. 4437; as shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 16711, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

Land Acquired Subject to and Together with Certain Rights for a Wildlife Management Reserve in Block IX, Patetere North Survey District, Matamata County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the land firstly described to the agreement as to fencing contained in transfer Nos. S. 34267 and together with a right of way over Lot 1, D.P. 27438 (C.T. 695/376) created by transfer No. 292633 and subject as to the land secondly described to the water easement contained in transfer No. S. 132066 and together with the pipeline and other rights over the residue of the land in C.T. 691/225 created by transfer No. 293662 for a wildlife management reserve and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of November 1986.
