and Road Stopped and Vested in Block XIII, Kopuaranga Survey District, Masterton County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to sections 114 and 153 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be acquired for limited access road which has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of November 1986.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in the Opaki Memorial Recreation Society (Incorporated).
