PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Wellington City Council.

Declaring Land to be Road and Land Taken in Block XIV, Waiwera Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Rodney County Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken and vested in The Rodney County Council.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Bay of Islands County Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block VI, Otanake Survey District, Waitomo District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waitomo District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and

(i) That the areas firstly, secondly, thirdly and fourthly described now known as Sections 34, 35, 38 and 39, Block VI, Otanaki Survey District respectively shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 34A/377 subject to pipeline easement certificates S. 413202 and H. 259984.3, middle line proclamation H. 049500 and Gazette notice H. 631079.7, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) That the area fifthly described now known as section 36, Block VI, Otanake Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 713, folio 110, subject to land improvement agreement S. 628298 and memoranda of mortgage No. H. 599499.3, H. 631290.1 and H. 429837, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) That the areas sixthly and seventhly described now known as sections 37 and 40, Block VI, Otanake Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1748, folio 45, subject to land improvement agreement S. 628298, and memoranda of mortgage No. H. 599499.3, H. 631290.1 and H. 429837, South Auckland Land Registry.
