PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the 30th day of October 1986.

Amending a Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block IX, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of February 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 February 1986, No. 23, at page 772, declaring stopped road to be disposed of in Block IX, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County, pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the preamble before the Schedule of the notice and substituting the following preamble.

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in George John Letica, farmer of Runciman as to an undivided two-thirds share and Rosemary Lillian Letica, married woman of Runciman as to an undivided one-third share, as tenants in common in the said shares, and when so vested, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 867, folio 168. North Auckland Land Registry.

Declaring an Easement (Right of Way and Right to Convey Water) to be Acquired for Water Supply Works in Block VI, Omapere Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement of right of way and right to convey water for water supply works, vesting in the Crown the rights set out in paragraphs 1, 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule hereto on the 30th day of October 1986.
