PURSUANT to sections 52 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land

road which has become road, limited access road and State highway
and shall remain vested in the Crown.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
