PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a river protection zone and shall vest in The Marlborough Catchment Board and Regional Water Board on the 30th day of October 1986.
