Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks VII and VIII, Southbridge Survey District, Wairewa County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Wairewa County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for State Housing Purposes to be Set Apart for Road in the City of Takapuna

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of February 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 February 1986, No. 17, at page 456, declaring land held for State housing purposes to be set apart for road in the City of Takapuna pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the notice and the heading the words “for road” and substituting the words “in connection with a road.”
