PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Fire Service Act
1975 and a drainage easement in gross described in the Second
Schedule hereto which may be revoked by notice in the Gazette is
hereby acquired for the purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975 over
the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and shall vest in
The New Zealand Fire Service Commission on the 23rd day of
October 1986.
