Land Declared to be Road and Land Taken in Block IX, Maramarua Survey District, Raglan County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Raglan County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken and vested in The Raglan County Council.
