PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the mining easement created by transfer 287597, and the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 129469, South Auckland Land Registry, for purposes incidental to coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 23rd day of October 1986.
