PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Franklin County
Council on the 23rd day of October 1986.

Declaring Road in the City of Auckland to be a Government
Road, to be Stopped and Set Apart for Motorway Purposes

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto
to be a Government road,

(b) Stops the said road, and

(c) Further pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981
sets apart the said stopped Government road for motorway
purposes.

the City of Auckland, adjoining or passing through part land on
